Fave Snack? "Nuts, especially cashews."

Snack Facts: One ounce of raw cashews contains 160 calories, 14 fat grams, 5 protein grams, 8 carb grams, plus iron, magnesium, and other minerals. They also have one gram of fiber and no cholesterol.


Skip The JunkCold Case's Tracie Thoms skips the fattening foods on the set's craft service table and special orders tuna with avocado.

Fave Snack? "Rice cakes and almond butter."

Snack Facts: One Quaker Salt-Free Rice Cake contains 35 calories, 7 carb grams, 1 protein gram, and no fat. One tablespoon of almond butter contains 100 calories, 10 fat grams, 4 carb grams, 2 protein grams, and one gram of fiber.

Fave Snack? "I love dried apricots and almonds."

Snack Facts: A quarter cup of dried apricots contains 100 fat-free calories, 24 carb grams, and 3 grams of fiber. One ounce of almonds contains 180 calories, 15 fat grams, 6 carb grams, 6 protein grams, and 4 grams of fiber.

Snack Facts: A cup of raw spinach contains just seven fat-free calories and vitamins and minerals, like calcium and potassium. One tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil contains 120 calories and 14 grams of unsaturated fat. 



The Good, The Bad & The TwinkiesA skilled chef and co-owner of the L.A. restaurant Ortolan with husband Christophe Eme, former Star Trek: Voyager and Boston Public star Jeri Ryan doesn't count calories or fat grams and doesn't deprive herself of cheese, foie gras, chips, fries, or even Twinkies. Otherwise she fills her plate with the freshest food she can get.

Fave Snack? "Organic meats and lots of fruits and vegetables." And the occasional Twinkie.

Snack Facts: As for those Twinkies — one won't kill you at 150 calories, but watch out for those 14 grams of sugar and 200 grams of sodium!
